Mondays · 6:00 PM 3–5 Miles 🐶 Dogs Welcome

We will meet at Mean Eyed Cat and do a 3–5 mile loop. Each week there is a workout (hills, tempo, track, etc.). If you feel like hanging out, we can grab a beer and catch back up. Dogs are welcome (encouraged). This will be a weekly event that may change locations from time to time. Check the Austin Tri Club Member Group Events to confirm location and workout details.

Monday Evening Run

Austin Tri Club Wednesday Evening Run

Wednesdays · 6:30 PM North Austin · Trail Route

Join us on the north side of town at Kenney Fort Pub in Round Rock. The route will be mostly along Brushy Creek Regional Trail, with an occasional Old Settlers Park jaunt to break things up. There is only one well-lit crosswalk signal along the route — otherwise we run on car-free sidewalks or paved park trails. Bring a water bottle (multiple refill spots along the route), sunscreen, bug spray, and a headlamp depending on conditions. The trail is mostly shaded but has some full sun sections.
